Child Teen & Parent-Child Therapy
Heartstrong Child and Family Therapy in Larkhall, Bath offers child, adolescent, teen, and parent-child therapy covering a whide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I work with EBSA and school-related anxiety and refusal, family conflict, depression and self-harm, anger, insecurity, trauma coping, and family relational attachment patterns, and work within schools and ALPs. I integrate humanistic, person-centred and DDP-based therapy and have extensive experience in school anxiety.
Reaching out for support isn't always easy — and if you're here, you're probably already doing more than you realise. I create a space where children and young people can be themselves, feel what they need to feel, and start to make sense of it all.
My approach is creative, playful, and grounded in attachment — because not everything needs to be talked about to be understood. Sometimes it's through art, nature, play, or simply being with someone who genuinely gets it.
